Your Privacy Matters

At USVisaPhoto, protecting your privacy is one of our highest priorities. Your uploaded photos are processed only to create your visa or passport photo. Standard automated photos are kept in short-lived encrypted download tokens for up to 24 hours and are not placed in a permanent customer photo library.

Information We Collect

• Selected country
• Payment confirmation and order identifiers
• Technical information needed for security, rate limiting, and aggregate visitor counts
• Contact details and instructions you provide for Expert Manual Editing

Photo Retention

• Standard automated photos are processed in memory or short-lived encrypted tokens that expire after 24 hours.
• Expert Manual Editing photos are stored privately while a specialist completes and delivers the order.
• Expert-order image files are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after delivery, unless a shorter deletion is requested and we no longer need the file to complete the order, or retention is required for a dispute or legal obligation.
• The “Delete this photo from this browser” control immediately removes the current browser copies and unpaid preview state. Already issued encrypted automatic-photo tokens cannot be individually revoked, but expire within 24 hours and are not kept in a customer gallery.
• We never store your credit card information.

Payment Security

Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers such as PayPal and, when enabled, Stripe. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Processing Providers

To provide the service, photos may be sent to contracted image-processing providers such as PhotoRoom or OpenAI, depending on the feature you choose. Payment, hosting, analytics, and database providers process only the data needed for their function under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell customer photos or personal information.

Analytics and Visitor Counts

We use privacy-conscious aggregate analytics and a one-way daily visitor hash to count repeat visits once per day. The visitor hash is not displayed publicly and is not intended to identify you by name.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information that we still hold, subject to payment, fraud-prevention, and legal recordkeeping requirements. Contact us using the address below.
